With Crypto-to-Fiat, you can pay fiat payables–bills, salaries, expenses, and more–using your crypto.

However, in some instances, some fiat payables can't be paid through Crypto-to-Fiat. This can happen because:

  • The payment amount is too low: depending on the currency of the payment, the amount must exceed a threshold to be payable in Crypto-to-Fiat. Refer to this article for the amount per currency.

  • The payment goes to a blacklisted country: some countries are blacklisted from the Crypto-to-Fiat service. You can find them here.

Even though you can't pay such payables through Crypto-to-Fiat, you can still pay them externally and mark them as paid.
