At present, transaction cover cannot be provided to parties in Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, Congo, Cuba, Eritrea, Guinea Bissau, Iraq, Iran, Liberia, Mali, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, the following regions of Ukraine: Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk Regions, Venezuela, Yemen or who are subject to sanctions.

If you are in such a country, and even if a transaction is supposed to be covered, OpenCover, its underwriters, or Request will not be able to reimburse a potential loss. To check you’re not in such a country, you will be asked to submit some information and provide individual or entity identification (KYC/KYB).
