Depending on the wallet provider you use you may see a warning that the wallet you're about to pay is new or wasn't active in the previous months when making a Crypto-to-Fiat payment.

That's because, together with our partners (โ†’ Who provides Crypto-to-Fiat?), we generate a unique, secure wallet address for each customer to ensure that crypto funds are securely received and converted to fiat. This process is a standard security measure to handle Crypto-to-Fiat payments.

As you continue using Crypto-to-Fiat regularly, this warning should no longer appear, as the system will recognize the wallet's activity.

Rest assured, this method is secure and in place to ensure your payments are processed smoothly. If you have any concerns or questions, feel free to contact us at [email protected].
