For conversions between crypto and fiat or one cryptocurrency and another, we're using several providers: 

Where available, we use rates from Chainlink (<a href="https://chain.link/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://chain.link/</a>)

If Chainlink is not available, we use rates from Cryptocompare (<a href="https://www.cryptocompare.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://www.cryptocompare.com/</a>)

For Crypto-to-Fiat payments, rates <a href="https://intercom.help/request-faq/en/articles/8824889-which-rate-is-used-for-the-crypto-to-fiat-conversion" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">depend on the currency</a> 

If "1:1 Stablecoin Conversion" is enabled in Product Settings, <a href="https://help.request.finance/en/articles/12093334-can-i-fix-conversion-rates-between-fiat-and-stablecoins">then a fixed rate between fiat and stablecoins is applied</a>
