What to do if the connection between Request Finance and MetaMask is stuck

If you're trying to connect Request Finance with MetaMask's mobile app and the connection appears to be stuck in a loading state, it may relate to an issue with an existing session in the MetaMask wallet. To resolve this, follow these steps:

  1. Open the MetaMask mobile app

  2. Go to Settings → Security & Privacy

  3. Select "Clear Privacy data"

  4. Go back to Request Finance in your browser

  5. Refresh the page

  6. Click "Pay Now" to try connecting again

If the issue still persists, please try using WalletConnect instead.
