What is the Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) process?

To comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and ensure the accuracy of our records, we need to periodically update the your business information. This process is called Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD).

During this process, we might ask you to update:

  • Company data via questionnaire: To see if there were any changes in the company’s contact details, business model, website, etc., since the account opening

  • Company ownership and management documents

  • Ultimate beneficial owners/directors' personal information

  • Other company documents: Source of funds, address verification, copy of a license, etc.

In our emails, we share links to Sumsub, our secure third-party compliance partner. After receipt of the email, we require information to be provided within one month.

What happens if I need more time to provide the requested information?

If there are any specific circumstances (key personnel on leave, company is undergoing changes and preparing updated documents, etc.), feel free to inform our team. We’re happy to work with you to agree on a suitable timeframe.

What happens if I don't provide the requested information?

To ensure that we stay a secure and compliant platform, note that failure to share the requested information within this period may result in a temporary service restriction or closure. You can always get access again after providing the required documentation.
