You can receive funds in crypto & fiat in your Global USD Account from your customers. Follow the steps below to set this it up.
Please note that support for fiat deposits from third-parties is limited, depending on the payment method. Refer to the supported use cases per payment method here for more details.
Directly share payment details with customers
To view and share payment details directly with your customers, simply:
Open the Dashboard
Click on Add Funds
Select the required deposit method
Copy and share the details displayed under Details you'll need to complete your transfer with your customer
When a deposit is made, you'll get an automated email notification
Add the Global USD Account as payment method to your invoices
You can also add a deposit method for the Global USD Account to your invoices. That way, when you send an invoice with Request Finance to your customer, they can directly deposit into the Global USD Account.
Note that fiat deposits currently don't automatically update the status of your invoice. If a fiat deposit is made, you will be notified and funds are credited to your Global USD Account, but you or your customer will need to mark the invoice manually as paid.
Send an invoice payable to your Global USD Account
To receive funds in fiat from your clients into your Global USD Account, follow the steps below:
Enter your customer details
Select the Invoice Currency. For instance, to denominate your invoice in USD, select USD here
Under Payment Method, select Fiat for fiat deposits or Crypto for crypto deposits. For instance, to receive a bank transfer from your customer to your Global USD Account, select Fiat
Open the payment method dropdown and select the Global USD Account
Add the remaining details of your invoice
Click Create & Send to send the invoice to your client
Once your client pays, the funds are automatically deposited in the Global USD Account and you will be notified via email
Make sure to update the invoice to Paid afterwards
