Top-up fees
The top-up fees depend on the deposit method used. You can see the current fees in your Request Finance account when visiting the Dashboard > Add Funds and selecting a deposit method.

Payments to Bank Accounts: Regular Crypto-to-Fiat fees apply. See our pricing.
Private On-Chain Payments: Free (during early access)*
*For USDT payments, a 0.1% fee is applied directly by our partner.
Virtual account details
The Global USD Account includes a set of virtual account details which allow you to receive fiat payments, with one account available per supported currency. The number of virtual accounts you can access depends on the plan included in your Request Finance subscription, as outlined on our pricing page.
Are there volume discounts?
Yes – Get in touch to explore custom fees. For Crypto-to-Fiat payments, volume discounts are applied automatically.
Are there other fees?
Aside from the above, everything else is included in your Request Finance subscription. There are no additional Global USD Account-related fees. This means:
No fees for opening the Global USD Account
No account maintenance fees
No fees for holding balances in supported currencies
No minimum balance requirements
