What does the recipient of a Crypto-to-Fiat payment see in their bank account?

How the Crypto-to-Fiat payment is displayed to your recipient depends on the currency and payment network you're using. Refer to the table below:

What's displayed to your recipient

EUR

Local (SEPA)

Sender:
"Cheq Payments UAB"

Payment reference:
Customizable (by default, we display your company name, your recipient's name, and a reference to what you're paying, e.g., the invoice number)

USD

Local (ACH)

Sender:
"Bridge Ventures Inc" or "Bridge"

Payment reference:
"Pay.so" (this cannot be changed to ensure payment delivery)

USD, EUR, and others

SWIFT

Sender:
"Reap (Remit) Limited"

Payment reference:
Customizable (by default, we display your company name, your recipient's name, and a reference to what you're paying, e.g., the invoice number)

How to change the payment reference

For non-ACH payments, you can change the payment reference in the payment step by clicking "Payment Reference".
