What does the recipient of a Crypto-to-Fiat payment see in their bank account?

The sender and payment reference details (→ What is the payment reference?) shown to the recipient of a Crypto-to-Fiat payment depend on the currency and payment network used by the payer. Refer to the table below:

Local (SEPA)

Sender:
"Cheq Payments UAB"

Payment reference:
Customizable (by default, we display the payer's company name and a reference to what they're paying, e.g., "ACME Ltd, Invoice #123")

USD

Local (ACH or Wire)

Sender:
"Bridge Ventures Inc" or "Bridge"

Payment reference:
"Pay.so" (this cannot be changed to ensure payment delivery)

USD, EUR, and others

SWIFT

Sender:
"Reap (Remit) Limited"

Payment reference:
Customizable (by default, we display the payer's company name and a reference to what they're paying, e.g., "ACME Ltd, Invoice #123")

How to change the payment reference

For non-ACH/non-Wire payments, payers can change the payment reference in the payment step by clicking "Payment reference."
