A flexible payroll form
You can access the new form on the Payroll menu by clicking on Run Payroll
How it works
Here, you can see all payments in the form. You can add, edit, and delete payments as needed. All payments are saved and can be re-used each time you run payroll (e.g. monthly).
Add payments via the interface or by CSV upload
Edit or delete payments after they're added
Prepare all details of the current pay run and click Save for Later to save any changes made to the form
Once it's time to pay, click Continue and Pay to go through the payment steps

You can add multiple payment methods to the same employee, even bank accounts
You can add multiple items (e.g. a salary and a bonus in one), which will show up together on the payslip

Hover over a payment to make edits or delete it

Save for later or pay now
Save progress for later and pay when payments are due

Save for Later: your Payroll will be saved, and all your payments will be listed the next time you click "Run Payroll".
Continue and Pay: you will go through the payment flow. Your Payroll will also be saved, and all your payments will be listed the next time you click "Run Payroll".
