How to import transactions from your exchanges

Learn how to connect your crypto exchanges to Request Accounting

Request Accounting partners with secure third-party providers to enable connections with over 20 major cryptocurrency exchanges, including, but not limited to Kraken, Coinbase and Binance. This guide will walk you through the process of connecting your exchanges.

To connect an exchange account:

  1. Click on Add New Exchange

  2. Select your desired exchange from the secure centralized exchange module

  3. Complete the authentication process:

    • For exchanges with an authentication flow (such as Coinbase): Connect directly through their authentication flow

    • For exchanges using API keys (such as Kraken): Provide a secure read-only API key and secret key

Important Notes

  • The initial import of exchange transactions may take some time due to secure processing

  • All exchange connections are established through secure third-party providers

  • Only read-only access is required for API-based connections

  • Once completed, all your transactions will be visible in Request Accounting
