What happens if I try to import a bill with an unsupported currency?

When importing bills into Request (→ How to import bills), Request tries to automatically detect the currencies (denomination currency and payment currency) on the bill.

If you're importing a bill and Request detects an unsupported currency, Request reverts to a supported currency instead and displays a warning.

In this case, you can either proceed with the import using the supported currency or delete the import. You can also ask us to support the currency.
