Because each PSP operates under different regulatory frameworks and compliance standards, certain currencies may require an extra step of verification. This process helps us and our partners meet local financial regulations and maintain the highest standards of security and compliance.
If additional verification is required for a specific currency, you’ll be notified during the payment. The verification usually involves Request Finance submitting documentation collected about your business as part of the initial verification to the relevant PSP (What documents are required for the verification (KYB/KYC)?). Once completed, access to that currency is typically granted within a few business days.
This extra step ensures that you can use Request Finance safely, and that your transactions remain fully compliant with regional laws and partner requirements.
