What does applying live rates mean for my Crypto-to-Fiat payment?

For some Crypto-to-Fiat payments, live market rates are applied at the moment the payment is processed by our provider, not when the payment is created.

You get informed about this prior to making the payment.

What this means

  • The rate you see when creating the payment is indicative only

  • The final conversion rate is determined when the funds are received and executed

  • As a result, your recipient may receive slightly more or less than the payable amount

How to stay close to the quoted rate

  • Fund the payment quickly after creating it

  • Market rates can move in short timeframes, so delays increase the likelihood of deviation
