When you pay through our solution using a token for the first time, you must approve Request's smart contracts to spend your tokens. You can learn more about approving tokens and why it is needed here.

When approving tokens with Metamask, please do not edit the pre-filled approval amount to ensure that the approval amount provided by Request is used. Using any other option may prevent you from being able to pay.

Metamask may display a warning message when doing this. Be assured that you will only pay the amount displayed in the Request app.
