What to use off-ramping with Direct Payments for

Make payouts to other bank accounts: Use your crypto to pay suppliers, business partners, or anyone else in fiat currency. We support paying in 15+ fiat currencies, including USD and EUR, to bank accounts in over 190 countries.

In all the above cases, you get a downloadable PDF receipt with payment details for audit-ready records and reconciliation.

If you haven't been verified yet for off-ramping to a bank account, you will be asked to go through a quick verification process. You can do this here.

How to off-ramp via Direct Payments

Navigate to the Direct Payments menu and click Single Payment.

1. Choose or add a recipient

Add a new or choose an existing recipient.

Note that since this payment will be a bank transfer, we will ask you to provide the name and address of your recipient.

2. Choose or add a bank account

Add a new or choose an existing bank account for this recipient.

Adding a bank account

You will notice that we pre-filled a few fields for you based on the recipient's details. Feel free to change them as needed.

  • Bank Account Name: a name to help you remember the account, e.g. "ACME Company USD Account".

  • Company Name or First & Last Name: the name (company or personal name) of the account holder. At least one of the two is required.

  • Bank Name: the name of the bank where the account is held.

  • Bank Country: the country the bank account is located in.

  • Account Currency: select the currency used for the bank account. We recommend sending the payment in the same currency as the bank account's currency to avoid conversion fees taken by the recipient's bank.

  • IBAN/Account Number & SWIFT/BIC: the account details here depend on the country and currency you want to send the payment in. Refer to your bank or your recipient for the exact details.

3. Enter the payment details

Next, enter the payment details:

  • Currency: the fiat currency you want your payment to be made in.

  • Payment Amount: the amount in fiat.

  • Reason: an optional field you can use to add a note. Note that this will not appear on the recipient's bank account.

4. Choose the cryptocurrency and network

Click Pay Now to proceed with the payment.

Choose your preferred cryptocurrency and network. You can find the list of supported cryptocurrencies for off-ramping here.

5. Proceed to payment

Lastly, click Proceed with Chosen Currency & Network to go to the payment step and pay with your preferred wallet.

Optional: enter a payment reference

In this step, you can also enter a custom payment reference for most currencies. This payment reference will be shown in your recipient's bank account and can help them with reconciliation (see what does your recipient see in their bank account?).
