What does the "Waiting for Approval" label next to my employee mean?
What does the "Waiting for Approval" label next to my employee mean?

Employees listed with the "Waiting for Approval" label in the Employees menu are added to your Request Finance account and registered on the Request Mobile App, but they have yet to confirm that you are their employer.
