I signed up to the Request Mobile App, but can't see my employer. How can I get matched to my employer?

If you signed up for the Request Mobile App by yourself or were invited by your employer but accidentally rejected the invitation, then you can add your employer's email address and wait for them to confirm you as an employee. Follow these steps to do that:

  1. If you no longer have the Mobile App, download it here:

  2. Open the App and tap on Login

  3. Login with your details

  4. If you haven't already, add your reimbursement details

  5. Tap on Settings

  6. Tap on Employer

  7. Tap on Ask your employer to invite you

  8. Enter the email address associated with your employer's Request Finance account

Next, your employer will receive an email notification asking them to confirm you as an employee. They can also review your request in their Request Finance account and confirm it (โ†’ they can do that by following these steps).
