An overview of owners, team members, and settings:
Owner: The user who first signed up for Request Finance is the Owner of the Request Finance account. You can see who the Owner is under Settings > Team (only the Owner and Admin users can access this).
Owner's email address: The Owner's email address is used to receive bills sent by other Request Finance users. These bills will be displayed in the bills menu.
Team members: Team members are other users with access to (parts of) the owner's Request Finance account. They can be managed under Settings > Team and have various roles.
Important: invoices sent to a team member's email address do NOT appear in the Owner's account. To receive invoices from others in the Owner's account, they must be addressed to the Owner's email address or imported.

If needed, the Owner can change their email address by following these steps.
Company details: The Owner and Admins can update the company details via Settings > Company Settings.
Personal details: Each user can manage their personal details per Request Finance account they're part of under Settings > Personal Settings.
