Crypto-to-Fiat payments must be funded before the quote expires in order to be processed. To avoid delays or failed payments, follow the guidance below.
Before you initiate the payment
Check the quote expiry shown at the beginning of the payment flow. This indicates how long the quoted rate and payment window remain valid.
Only start the payment when you are ready to fund it. If you need more time to prepare funds or approvals, wait before initiating the payments
If you are using a multi-signature wallet, make sure all required signers are available and ready to sign before the quote expires.
Account for sufficient time for internal approvals, transaction signing, and on-chain confirmation.
After you initiated the payment
Fund the payment as soon as possible. Quotes are time-bound, and funding must be completed before the expiry for the payment to be processed.
Monitor the payment status in Request and your wallet to confirm that funds have been sent and the payment is progressing.
