How do I add many employees at once to my Request Finance account?

You can upload hundreds of employees at once with our CSV upload:

  1. Navigate to Settings > My Data

  2. Click on the employees.csv template

  3. Fill in the template

    • Expenses (Y/N): add Y to invite your employee to submit their expenses to you

    • Payroll (Y/N): add Y to add your employees to pay them salaries, bonuses via Request Finance account (learn more about Payroll here). Note: you must provide a payment address for your employee to add them for Payroll.

  4. Click Next

  5. Drag-and-drop or click Upload to import our template

  6. Wait for the upload to finish

  7. Done! You can review your employees in Payroll & Expenses > Employees
